Information we collect

• Account data: email address, name (if provided), and authentication identifiers when you register or sign in (including via Google).
• Documents & envelopes: PDFs, annotations, signing metadata, recipient emails, and audit events you create in the product.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and request logs used for security, abuse prevention, and audit trails on signing actions.

How we use information

We use your information to provide merge, annotate, and e-sign features; send signing notifications; maintain audit trails; improve the service; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention & security

Data is stored on servers we control or our infrastructure providers. You may delete saved documents and envelopes from your account. We apply reasonable technical measures to protect your data; no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Your choices

You may access, update, or delete account-related data by using in-app controls or contacting us through our company website. Signers who receive email links can complete signing without creating a Docs2Go account.
